Married: Bertha Kaufman in Manchester in 1906 (January - March). Ephraim and Bertha were both age 25

Ephraim and his family are living at 32 Elizabeth Street, Cheetham, Manchester, England. Moses is a cap manufacturer age 40 and Leah is listed as 39, both born in Russia, Poland. The children living at home are Betsey age 19 a cap maker, Abraham age 18, a cap clerk, Joseph age 15 a cap traveller, Ephraim age 9, Annie age 4 and Lena age 3.



1901
The family is now at 84 Elizabeth Street, Cheetham, Manchester, England and Moses is the owner of the house. He is still a cap manufacturer age 49, born in Russia but now a naturalized British subject. His wife, Julia is age 49 and born in Liverpool (his first wife, Leah, died of influenza in 1892). Ephraim is age 19 and a clerk in the business, Annie is 14 and Lena is 12, all born in Manchester. They have a general servant living with them, Susan Hellegher age 23 from County Cavan, Ireland


1911
Ephraim is now married and he and Bertha are living at 32 Petworth Street, Cheetham,  Manchester. His age is listed as 29 years and Bertha is also 29 Years of age. Ephraim's occupation is listed as a commercial traveller selling waterproofs and caps. Their children are listed as Marcus age 3 years and Harris age 1 year. Also living with them is Mary Stone, age 49, a domestic servant



1921
Ephraim and Bertha are living in a ten roomed house at 3 Northumberland street Broughton Manchester. His age is listed as 39 years and 11 months (the census was conducted on 19 June 1921) and Bertha is also 39 Years and 11 months old. Ephraim's occupation is listed as a wholesale clothing manufacturer. He is an employer and his place of work is 6 North Street, Manchester. Their children are listed as Marcus age 13 years and 11 months, Harris age 12 years and 2 months and Freida age 7 years and 3 months. Also living with them are Ephraim's sister Lena and Nellie Brown, a domestic servant age 24 years and 9 months

Death
23 April 1954 in Liverpool, Lancashire, at 72 years of age. Buried in
Springwood Cemetery, Metropolitan Borough of Liverpool, Merseyside, England

Tombstone for Ephraim Rosenberg. In loving memory of Ephraim Rosenberg who died 23rd April 1954 aged 72 years. Deeply mourned and sadly missed by his wife Bertha, son, daughter, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, grandchildren, relatives and friend. The Hebrew says "
Here lies a dear respected man, Efrayim, son of Moshe. Died Nissan 21"
