At the time the family were living at Siluva, Raseiniai Uyezd, Kaunas Gubernia - (Šiluva [Lithuanian], Shidleve [Yiddish], Shidlovo [Russian], Szydłowo [Polish], Schidlau [German], Šilava, Šidlavas, Šidlava, Šėlova, Shiluva, Shidlova, Szydława)
