Bernard Jackson (1895 - 1982)

Bernard Jackson, known as Bertie, is the husband of Dorothy Winifred Lyons, the sister of Brenda Margaret Lyons, who is the wife of my maternal great uncle, Simon Bernard Levin. The family were originally known as Jacobson and changed their name to Jackson some time after 1911

Occupation: A linen good salesman in the 1911 census, age 15. Subsequently a businessman

Married: Dorothy Winifred Lyons on 12 December 1934 in Liverpool, England. They didn't have any children and settled in South Africa
