SALKINDER, Henry Sailing. Director of Companies. Born Naauwpoort 16th May, 1911, son of Reuben and Pearl Salkinder. Educated at Grey College, Port Elizabeth and Selborne College, East London. Director of Henry's Service Station (Ford Dealer), Johannesburg. During World War II served with South African Forces in Tank Corps. Member, Beaconsfield Club. Married Bertha Morris, 1942; one son, two daughters. Add.: 53, Gleneagles Road, Greenside, Johannesburg. (South African Jewish Yearbook 1967/8)

9 January 1987 in Johannesburg, South Africa age 75. He was buried in the Westpark Cemetery in Johannesburg, South Africa on 11 January 1987, grave no v2173
